    Bio: With nearly 10 years of IT industry experience, David specializes in helping clients achieve improved performance from their IT service management functions, processes and investments. David has earned an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and an ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Operational Support and Analysis. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT. His thought leadership has been published as a chapter in the book IT Governance: An Introduction. He serves on the board of directors for Achieve Management, Inc., a leading provider of non-profit management services.
